Ex on the Beach The latest season of Ex on the Beach finished up a few weeks ago, but I hadn’t been able to get to the last few episodes until this week. I liked this season better than last season, but it’s still missing […]

America’s Next Top Model Cycle 10 & 11 I did it again guys. I accidentally fell into another ANTM binge dark hole. There are these videos on YouTube that are literally 8 hours long and it’s every episode. Which makes it perfect for a work […]
Drag Race UK
RuPaul’s Drag Race has finally made it across the pond. The first two episodes have been a lot of fun. I am biased because I feel like a British (or Northern Irish!) accent makes everything better.
I think the cast has been great. I love that they went with 10 queens and we can really focus on them. There seems to be a clear divide in social media queens and performing queens which seems to be more prominent than on American seasons. This is pretty evident in the Lip Sync For Your Life performances. They have been, uh, rough.
I’m really excited to see where the rest of this season goes.
I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to watch this show. It is unbelievable.
I just finished the third season, and I felt that this season is where the characters really began to learn and grow from the mistakes they’ve made in the past. They’ve been able to become better people and closer as a family. All without losing that ‘Rose’ charm that we love.
The writing in this show is truly outstanding. There are so many great quotes in every single episode. I laugh out loud every time I watch this show. But it doesn’t sacrifice real, genuine moments just for laughs. It might be a perfect show???
Top Chef Charleston
In trying to find something to have on during the day while working, I have turned to Top Chef Charleston. It was the first season I watched while it was on. It has a great group of returnees, and a pretty decent cast of newbies with a few standouts (hi Jim!!!!).
I always love the idea of a Fan vs Favourites season of any show, but the veterans always have a huge upper hand in the competition. At this point I’d rather just see an all newbies or all returnees season.
Hustlers I know, I went to go see a movie in theatres, I can’t believe it either. With all the hype surrounding the movie, and with the absolutely unreal, star-studded cast, I felt like I couldn’t miss it. Especially now that I have Tuesdays free […]
Dancing with the Stars
Yeah, I don’t even know who I am anymore. This week I tuned into one of my Grandmother’s favourite shows, because it just happened to be the one that was on when I turned on the TV. I like watching dance, and I was excited to see Hannah B., our most recent Bachelorette. And you know what?? I had a great time watching it. I might even watch it next week if I remember.
Great British Bake Off
I love bake off!! Watch it, everyone!!!! It’s such a good show. I know all of you have already watched it. But make sure you’re checking out the new season ON RIGHT NOW.
The Challenge The newest season of The Challenge started a few weeks ago. This season we see the Americans face off against the Brits. I love seeing a team challenge, we haven’t seen one in ages. I don’t have high hopes that it will stay […]
Taskmaster Series 9 The new season of Taskmaster has just begun! I know I keep saying this, but Taskmaster is truly the best and funniest show I’ve ever seen. Sure, I have the tendency to be hyperbolic, but I mean it! This new season is […]
Great British Bake Off
Everyone’s favourite show that they can comfortably watch with their parents is back!!
I am so excited that a new season of Great British Baking Show is here. I feel like I spend all year waiting for it. It fills me with so much joy just watching it. Two seasons and one episode in, I really do love Noel and Sandy as hosts. They’re not Mel and Sue, but they’re not trying to be which is appreciated. They bring a completely different vibe to the show.
I’m excited about the cast, though they are a YOUNG group. I’m looking forward to seeing what they will create throughout the season.
Bachelor in Paradise
This past week in Paradise we saw drama bleed into the wedding of former paradisers, Chris and Krystal. It is amazing to see them go from villains of their seasons to a married couple. This franchise is so odd. Anyway, This is about when the season starts to slow down and I think it’s still progressing nicely. I will say it’s hard to see how any of these relationships are going to end up in an engagement. I’d like to see these relationships go a little deeper. For all of my thoughts on this season of Bachelor in Paradise check out the podcast.
21 Jump Street We were flicking through channels the other day and 21 Jump Street (the movie version) was juuust starting and we accidentally got hooked and watch the whole thing. We did switch to watch the movie on Netflix so we didn’t have to […]
